    We used Majestic Clean for our end of lease cleaning. Showed up on time, nice guys, Niroj and his colleague cleaned our place. We had to get carpet cleaning and you could see a noticeable improvement in the carpets. My partner and I have fairly high standards of cleanliness and we were very satisfied with the service. Cleaned every nook and cranny, the blinds were finally white again lol, and what they did with the oven was magic. Sujan and Mina as well on the admin side were very responsive and courteous throughout the whole process from start to finish.

    We booked Majestic for an end of lease clean for a 2x2 property and unfortunately they’ve absolutely destroyed the walls our property and then denied doing so and refused to rectify the issue. Tried to speak to the manager about the issue however he just yelled over the top of me on the phone and tried to suggest someone broke into our house and stained our walls with rags instead… absolute joke. Considering the money spent I expected much more and we’ve had to take the matter to a third party for rectification and to pursue a refund for the damage.

    I would highly recommend Majestic Cleaning Pros for your next vacate clean. They were extremely professional, did an incredible clean and when I asked them to rectify an issue after the initial clean, the customer service was second to none. They are extremely reasonably priced and cover 99% of vacate clean lists. You can always pay extra for the 1% as well and they clean it so it’s spotless. Got my full bond back and I will definitely be recommending them in the future.
